[BC] Fine? 5k for eas botch?

EVERY LP1 station should IMMEDIATELY notify the FCC that they are no longer
willing to take on that responsibility because it exposes them to unfair FCC
fines and enforcement efforts.

I'm NOT kidding here. There needs to be solidarity with this station!!

It seems to me that the FCC has become a bunch of southren traffic cops,
hiding behind signs to entrap radio stations with obscene fines. 

How come they don't attack the growing pirate radio problem with such zeal?
