What is High Definition Radio?  I know what HD Radio (tm) is but not High Definition Radio.  Is it something new?

I am not endorsing this product. I am just presenting this here for
discussion purposes.

I own an HD Insignia from Best Buy, and really like it.  Has anyone
compared the two radios?
