I've never seen one. However, I believe it was Herb Squire (WQXR) who 
first raised the issue. I don't think many people paid attention 
until stations' audio really began to stink. If memory serves, it was 
about the time digital audio systems appeared with limited drive 
space. Then came digital STLs and digital satellites. It was long 
before IBUZ became a nightmare in someone's sleep.
