[BC] New antenna for AM broadcasting

As a matter of fact, we have one of those here in Florence, OR. It was 
the very first one of its type and approved by the FCC.  The station is 
KCST-AM. I can't remember the contract engineer's last name who work on 
it but his nick name (and very well know in this area by it) is Sparks. 
The new antenna system just went on line recently.
