[BC] Radio station loans

SBA loans are a biggole' honkin' stack of government paperwork, enough to 
scare me off the first time I looked at them.

However... after a small fire in our rented studio building in '02, I went 
to my locally-owned bank & they proposed an SBA to allow me to purchase my 
own building. The bank put one of their employees on the loan full-time to 
chase the numbers and fill in the blanks.

The bank and the SBA both looked good, because they helped "save" a 
locally-owned, mom-n-pop business.

And Converse County Bank's gonna have to work real hard to lose my business 
from here on out...
