Yes.

And not just for the remote - any required ID can be the associated 
station's callsign followed by the unit designator..

"WXXX mobile 13, Anytown, calling Master Control"

During the broadcast, the rules say the Associated Broadcast Facility's 
ID is sufficient unto itself..

"This is WXXX, Anytown, broadcasting LIVE from the County Fair!"

Or a network ID works...

"This is NBC"

For those cases where a Part 74 facility is transmitting a network 
relay; used to be a number of stations rolled their own ICRs for both TV 
and radio using the appropriate Part 74 channel(s) - before satellites, 
that is - and some actually still do - the dish is at the transmitter, 
and the link brings the network back to the studio...
