Hmmm

Dunno about the program he's asking about, but there's a way to fix the 
"forged Outlook  / OE" issue safely - use Thunderbird instead. 

T-bird can and will import all the contacts, so migrating to it from OE 
wouldn't be an issue. 

And T-bird is pretty easy to set up; and it's free...

As a sidebar, it's interesting that Yahoo is sending supposedly 
legitimate emails to SPAM - because I have the OPPOSITE issue with my 
Yahoo account - it's FLOODED with spam, to the point I hardly ever even 
access it.
