Interesting note:

I get "for sale" notices from several  brokers, and until recently, I'd 
be lucky to get one from ALL of them combined during any given month.

Today, I have received my FIFTH one in a week.  From the same broker, no 
less - and for different stations.

Seems the sell-off may have begun...
