With all due respect Scott, and you know I love you, but, the content
you deliver.....live/local, locally produced (there is a difference)
or syndicated and excuted properly HAS to be compelling and relatable
to the audience. And the station must promote themselves in all other
ways possible.....to succeed.
No brickbats......but it's gotta be compelling, relatable and measurable.
Plus the people running it must be competent business people who are
also broadcasters.
Then, ya got a chance.
