This is an excellent question, but there is no simple 
answer to it.

In fact, it is a multiple or multi-faceted question.

So we can take each aspect individually, the best place
for this one is the Tech Zone [TZ}. That is why Barry
set up [TZ].

So, come on over there and we will kick this one around.

There is nothing esoteric or secret about it. Like most
things AM, it is about fundamentals, and not just in a 
single area.
