Since no RF load other than a dummy load is non-reactive with frequency,
you can't have a perfect match at all frequecies.  Thus, the farther out
sidebands start coming back.

With the right network, you CAN achieve 1.1:1 or better at 10 Khz.  I know
it possible as a couple of my new sites have that at 10Khz.
