Yes, exactly - mention that these devices could be caused to malfunction
by the already-extant Broadcast Auxiliary stations and Amateur Radio
operators in those bands - and suggest alternate slices of spectrum each
6 MHz wide. Like TV ch 14-20... (just kidding!)
Serious note, though - the NPRM fails entirely to mention the RPU band,
so someone clearly missed something at the FCC. Or were they cribbing
from the Request? If so, then the Request is clearly defective, since
it fails to mention an entire class of users.
