Had the pleasure of working on one 20V, several 20V2 and one 20V3. I like the 20V3 best (gave the least trouble). Replacing the mod iron made a big difference in audio performance. Like you could modulate! The stations liked to push them as hard as possible. 

Working on those little chassis that held the Audio Input, RF Osc,, Mod Tubes and PA Tubes hanging yourself upside down was a bit***.  But overall they did well for me. On each box I added current meters from the plate of the big jugs (4-400) to their connections, one per tube. Was better than reading total mod or RF current on the meter up top.....
