[BC] The last of the tube 1000 watt transmitters

They used a single 813 RF driver before the BC-1T with a pair
of 845 AF drivers. The same retrofit 807 driver boards were
used in the 1T and 1G because that eliminated the intermediate
HV supply and all that cost.

If they really wanted it to howl, a pair of 813's for the RF
driver and a pair of 6550's in the AF driver would have done
the job.
