I had a BC-1g at WFBS, Berwick, PA. NIce little box, but the design gave the 833s in the RF amp and modulator scanty drive even with new tubes. Bet it would have been better with 6146s driving the 833s, or even 810s. WADK Newport RI also has a 1G as a backup, and THAT Box can howl! -- Dave Gardiner
