The tube transmitters can tune into bad loads because they have a
tunable output network, not just because they are tubes. Tubes do
tolerate a bad load a bit better, than solid state but that does not
mean you should be operating them mismatched. The results are shortened
life, poor efficiency, narrow banding, along with a host of other troubles.

The solution is real simple give your transmitter a good load and you
have nothing to worry about.
