[BC] RE: Netbooks and audio

One of our clients has just taken delivery of an Acer Aspire ONE notebook,
which has a mic input.

We loaded Adobe Audition and they use one of those little USB 3G modems to
get an internet connection, and then upload their edited reports to an FTP
server.

The mic quality is fine for reporters' remote use.

Just had a hairbrained scheme pop into my forebrain. As a portable
newsgathering device with extras (AND XP in many cases) this might be the
ticket, as its approaching an ideal size.
