When is this country going to wise up to the fact that 
"newer isn't automatically better"?

the order of same? By changing 1s to 0s to see what happens?
Man, that'll be intriguing.... directional addresses? Loops of
addresses? LF, VLF addresses?

I don't see it. Sure, there are some applications that require *new*
but for the same reason that you don't use an Escalade  to haul hay
across the field to the highway, or a Kenworth to go duck hunting,
you don't EVER want to completely dispense with the "old" technologies.
