[BC] Satellite Channels for rent

Hey Folks,

I have a client who is investigating leasing a full time stereo channel
for audio distribution.  Cost if the main factor, but obviously which
bird it is on is important as well.  I've heard DirecTV has a division
which does this.  However any reasonable solution could be considered.

Cost, Contacts and experiences would be appreciated.
