Any consumer camera with firewire out into a PC with firewire in, WME,
and a web page that can display video. Turn it on or off at will,
replace the video with an ad or promo when not using the camera.

Takes a bit to set up the web page and co-ordinate the stream with your
provider, but that's a one time setup.
