[BC] Could our concept of audio be all wrong?

I sure don't get this for CDs.

Why screw them up?

I KNOW they do, but why?

SOME artists don't, but they are mostly classical, REAL (not  
"smooth") jazz, and some rock and pop artists.

I cannot believe how bad pop has gotten.  AND I am not ashamed to  
write that I used to be a real fan of Pop music!
