Richard, it's about ENERGY.  High-energy sound (music?) is an inevitable 
emerging/existing market.  It sells.

If you're a broadcaster-for-profit, you ask yourself how to serve that 
market.

If you're producing a CD you figure out how to make the product as "dense" 
as possible, throwing out Ohm's Law, the Nyquist Theorem and the complex 
sine wave.
