A history of the licensing requirements for broadcast station operators is
at http://www.hallikainen.org/nab/unattended/RegHistory.pdf . I started to
copy and paste "highlights," but I ended up copying over almost
everything. I researched and wrote this for the NAB Guide To Unattended
Station Operation. Anyway, I think the history of operator requirements is
interesting. If you do, you may want to read this. Otherwise, you can use
it as a sleep aid.
