No, I don't even like to step foot on a boat, and if I do I'll 
probably be wearing 3 life jackets!  Still it would be nice to know if 
the endorsement is worth anything.  I could be induced to working on 
ship radar in dry dock.  There's one ship yard about 60 miles from 
here in PDX.
