         Dave,

         [applause]  Hear, hear!

         ... if only more folks did this, just as you
         did, there would be a lot more respect
         for the tech folks.

         How many times have we watched
         "talent" (that really wasn't) explode with
         some ego-centric outburst that management
         put up with on the theory that they were
         important to a station?  Well, an experienced
         and professional engineer is just as important.
