[BC] Could our concept of audio be all wrong?

A good friend of mine was working for a Canadian DSL ISP that also  
provided VoIP.  He said the VoIP wasn't that great (the DSL was much  
better than in the US), but expectations had gotten so much reduced  
by cellular that bad VoIP didn't get that many complaints.
