[BC] 87.7

On Monday I had to drive from San Diego to Merced to do a site survey for a 
possible MedaiFLO site.   I went up I-15 to 395 then across from Kramer 
Junction to Bakersfield.

I was tunnng around and found a Spanish language station on 87.7 that 
appears to be in the vicinity of Palmdale, strong signal, I could listen for 
miles.  Last time I checked that was ch 6 aural so at first I assumed that 
this is a pirate?

Is this K06OL, aural carrier only, no video?

What does the commission say about this?
