WOW!  I totally missed the night pattern.  It is on the FCC CDBS  
page, so I don't know how.  It is missing on Radio-Locator.

I think most of the value in WBIS is the value of the call letters!   
Turning in that daytimer for that much of an improvement of a full  
time station does make sense.  WAGE will cover Annapolis during the  
day, though not as good as WBIS, but night won't be any good, but it  
is zero from WBIS, so no loss.

WAGE used to be a "live and local" station.  It is now a sort of a  
talk/sports station, using network programming.  The do carry the  
Redskins, but one has to wonder why.  Red Zebra runs those games on  
everything Dan Snyder owns.  Heck, for all I know he could own  
Potomac Radio (WAGE).
