Tom:

They are using a Collins 820D1 for a transmitter
right now.   The new site is the old WORI 1550 (?) in the
middle of town.  The old site with three towers was
on the east end of town.  The applied-for power is 1 kW
day, 500 night.  They will likely be able to get more than
1 kW day, but the night might be much lower, perhaps 24
watts.  (Private correspondence there!)   Single tower.
