Steve Rhodes is one of those old, but not too bold towers guys if you can 
get through to the guy who does the scheduling, Chris Rapson at Rhodes 
Tower.  While it bears his name, he no longer owns the company.

Steve's been on just about any steel you can think of except the tall 
buildings.  He hates the city....
