[BC] Those good old field strength measurements

Years ago I was working for Ingstad Broadcasting at KBUF in Garden City, 
Kansas.  One of the monitoring points was right on the sidewalk in town 
in front of a house with a quite big tower and beam antenna in the back 
yard.  You could look into his garage and realize that he was a high 
power CB operator.  I could always plan on seeing someone peek out 
between the blinds when I set up the FIM 41 meter!  I never did turn him 
in, just relished his nervousness!
