A great deal...if you want a computer which runs as slowly as molasses (256 MB of RAM) and has almost no available drive space (20 GB HDD).  Upgrading it to something reasonably competent to run XP would cost more than the computer does.

I still see lots of *new* computers that come with an XP "downgrade" installed.
