I had two radials that ran through a Federal Wildlife Refuge which at one 
time included
ammunition bunkers.  Had to get permission from the regional HQ and was 
given a ride
by a Refuge manager ...............couldn't even use my own vehicle.  But he 
was quite accommodating.
