It's a better idea than changing the time to display correctly while 
dumping messages that are out of validity.  The other option is to 
disable DST and change your time zone to the next one West of you.
Leaving it ALONE is the easiest. You will not lose a message unless 
someone else messes up and incorrectly changes their time.

You have to make sure the UTC time is correct, it matters not what's on 
the screen.
