[BC] AAC+ stream

I can't afford the Orban unit-though if Bob would send me one, I'd certainly
like to play with it for a bit.

I also put up a 96 kbps AAC+ stream. Here's the URL:

This is a Shoutcast stream. They all are. 
Though Barix doesn't have Instreamers that encode AAC+, the Exstreamer 100
decodes it (with the newest Streaming Client firmware).

But if you want the real (reliable) thing, the Orban is a better choice. And
if you want the proper audio quality (if anyone really cares any more) set
it for AAC >= 128 kbps. At the very least 96 kbps...
