[BC] new WEPN transmitter site

New York's WEPN-AM's three new self supporting towers are now being
erected at their new site.  They are in the Meadowlands close to the
Bergen Ridge, very near to the NJ Turnpike Exchange for the Lincoln
Tunnel, a couple or three miles closer to New York City than their old
site.

WEPN-AM is the old WHN.   I think a mall is being built at or near
their old site near Giant Stadium.

I can see the towers from the train.....  when they started building
the first tower last week I thought it was a cellular phone tower, but
now they've got the middle tower started and dog houses placed and I
realized it was WEPN.
