[BC] A timely reminder

Most of you have now recovered from the lost hour (rats, I now do not 
get a "free" hour on the way to NAB).

However, in addition to the automation, may I suggest that you check 
your EAS boxes for the right time and "offset."

I'm sure there are many versions of EPROMs out there, along with the 
different boxes.  And some will require more than one adjustment as 
the old date for DST hits at the end of the month.

EAS tests and alerts will become a pain if the clocks are not right.
