No, it's not really. It's what you think, and we've already discussed 
that.

VERY costly and time consuming to change, and can they afford to pay to

Wanting and reality are different things. You also brought up they may 
be able to get a power increase. To what level, and what good will it 
do?   And then we will have the same transmitter whine all over again, 
but this time it will be FAR more expensive.

I think I know what station this is, no studio, etc. Do they have 
ANYthing? Tell us what it is.
