Believe it or not I saw a Nautel J1000 on eBay a couple of days ago.  I 
once bought a Nautel P400 off eBay, sent it back to the factory to be 
refurbished and upgrades installed and the frequency changed.  The total 
expenditure for that little venture was a little under $5,000.  It's 
worth considering.  It saved my client A LOT of money.
