    I'll buy that in that the grade is most likely MUCH steeper. I've
climbed some of those stairs. Not fun. Makes an "old guy" (me)
huff and puff some. 

    But I'll hazard a guess that the environment here is less "friendly"
(+8 F with winds at 18, gusting to 30 mph). I just LOVE all this
global warming....
