I have been with Boost for about two years now. It basically uses Nextel under the hood for access, so where you have Nextel you'll have Boost.

Except: Canada.  

I'm just using the pay-as-you-go plan, which works out to about 10c/minute for calls.  I don't do a lot of calls, I'm buying a $20 card about every six weeks.  Off to Target to get another card  today in fact.

I have been very happy with it.
