Looks like we are both correct, according to the NJ EAS plan:
PRIMARY ENTRY POINT ASSIGNMENT - All broadcasters and cable operators are
to have
as an input to their EAS decoders a source for receiving national alerts.
This is done by means of Primary
Entry Point Stations. In New Jersey broadcasters and cable operators have
the choice of using 1 of 2
sources. WABC 770 KHz in New York City, or New Jersey Networks TV/FM
system. A list of NJN
stations and frequencies is located in Appendix E. As a back up, the
State EOC will monitor a PEP
source and will relay alerts through its 800 MHz trunking system to the
LP-1 stations.
Glad to hear about WYGG progress, a number of local people were curious as
to keeping the station on the air both temporarily and looking for a
permanent transmit location.

Hi George. No I was not talking about WYGG or WUPC they both get WRAT and =
WABC as the LP1-and LP2. unless you know something I dont for that area?
why would you need to use TVf or the LP-1 in Neptune when WRAT is the next =
town over?
The TV for me is for WHWH and WTTM with the studios in Bensalem,PA. its Di=
fficult to hear the 100 watt NJN on 88.1
BTW 88.1 WYGG is going up in power. We have a CP for 1500 watts at 85 fe=
et but the City of Asbury. is giving me a hard time.
So I am opting to Move the transmiter to a taller Building file a minor m=
od and get 500 watts.. Its better than the 80 watts Im currently running.
