More details are emerging:

CSB School of Broadcasting closed all 26 of its campuses on Wednesday, ceasing operations and filing for bankruptcy protection. The decisions are a result of actions taken by National City/PNC Bank, including the seizing of bank accounts held by CSB. Without access to cash, CSB was forced to shut down operations and is seeking protection under applicable insolvency laws.
