The answer is, Maybe.

In GENERAL, you have two monitoring assignments, plus NWS.

Sometimes you cannot get two monitoring assignments.  NWS is pretty  
much a given.  It is pretty much everywhere, but if you cannot  
receive it, you cannot receive it, but you need to be sure.

You can get PERMISSION to monitor your two assignments from all kinds  
of ways, including Dish Network, if there is no other way.  Yes, I  
have done this, but only with permission.
