I've been complaining since 1997.  I complain to the stations involved, I
complained to the state chairman, and I complained to the FCC.  Nothing
changes.

At one of my stations, the LP-1's clock is off by one hour.  It has been
ever since we started standard time in the fall.  I've told them, to no
avail.  I guess that problem will fix itself when DST starts again.  

I have an EAS receiver here in my office.  I heard the LP-1 here in Las
Vegas, a 100kw FM, break into programming and relay 2-minutes of
overmodulated gibberish from the NWS last week.  It was just the daily
weather forecast, but it was coded as a RMT.  

Nothing changes.
