Doesn't look like it... there will probably be theme packs out there when
the OS is live to do pretty much whatever you like. Theme writers are
probably already hard at work on other looks.

Do they permit the "classic" Windows look the way XP does?  To me that 
can't be improved on with the rounded pastel/opaque looking objects.
