[BC] Tower Beacons

Our experience on our FM tower with the old style TWR is horrid.  5 beacons failed since 2005.   Every time I've described our experience to a tower crew, they guessed which brand we had before I told them. I'm told (by sales wonks) the ORGA line sold by TWR performs better but have no firsthand knowledge.

Dialight has an RFI filter (Schaffner FN 2020-3-06) they will install at no charge on their latest light.  Dialight has indicated the RFI filter will be standard soon.  I have two sitting on the floor right now waiting on a crew to install.
