This showing how location can dilute the ownership of an event, in
this case, a hamfest.
It was the Vienna Winterfest, moved from Vienna because of a problem
with the hosting location.
Too bad. The Vienna HRC could really use the support. They have run
a really great, but very cold hamfest for decades. This year, it was
mostly inside, at the Northern Virginia Community College (High
School with ash trays in decades past) campus in Annandale (Action-
dale).
