[BC] Call sign strangeness

Top of the morning to everyone from snowy Southern Middle TN.

We have a local station using WLX in all liners on both AM and FM.  They
were simulcast for years but are now separate.

Neither call is WLX but maybe WWLX and the other WLLX or some
combination thereof.  The correct call for each station is used on
TOTHID.  Roger has been inspected several times over the years without a
word said about the liner/Call issue.
