[BC] CP Purchase and Expiration Extension

I Believe I have seen extensions  on CP's on AM stations  But Not on FM's
As long as there is legal justifications  Like Fighting a City Zoning board For putting up new tower(S) as long as its In the Courts The FCC will allow extensions Because they know this alone can take Years.
as with an FM   find another Building and File for a Minor Change.
which is what Im doing on My non-com  since Im running out of time.
